Seamless Saudi Arabia 2023 was held from 4th - 5th September 2023 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and addressed “The Future Of Retail, E-Commerce, Payments And Fintech.” It was a revolutionary event with over 500 exhibitors and 15,000 attendees who were focused on discovering trends and disruptors in these markets and identifying how to leverage them for their businesses.
We enjoyed two action-packed days of keynote presentations, workshops, interviews, and panels. They helped us see the strides that were being made in the world of logistics, the challenges that were being overcome, and the resilience of market leaders who were determined to lead the industry to a glorious future.
Of particular interest to us were the programs on The Logistics Journey, Warehouse Automation, Last Mile Success, Q-Commerce, New Supply Chain Era, and Inventory Management.
The key takeaway from the program was that the need of the hour was much more than efficiency in the supply chain – businesses need to be agile, they must be flexible, and they have to build resilience if they want to future-proof what they have built so far.
Evident throughout the event was the fact that dynamics have shifted, with customer convenience being top priority.
This resonated deeply with the vision of Cargoz.
