We are a technology start-up trying to build a marketplace for warehouses. We work with warehouses or storage companies who already store different types of goods in their warehouses, which is not what a typical broker would do. Apart from storage space, you can find storage related services, products, software, and logistics experts on our platform. We provide our warehousing partners with proprietary software to manage their warehouses and customers which a typical broker cannot provide. We also provide our customers with a portal where they can login and keep track of their inventory, even when they are stored across multiple warehouses.

Safety & Security

Yes, your items are secure within the warehouse. We follow a list of procedures before we partner up with a warehouse. The checklist depends on the type of warehouse and storage provided. It also includes verification of trade licenses and other government documents, safety features, fire-fighting equipment, CCTV camera, SIRA approval, insurance, civil defense clearance, etc. We do this as a part of our services before you start storing with a partner warehouse, to ensure your items are safe and secure.

Yes, we do have CCTV cameras and security facilities for the warehouses. Our safety auditors visit each and every warehouse personally to check for fire and safety equipment, water sprinklers, CCTV cameras, civil defense, connectivity insurance, and other features.

Warehouse Types / Categories

We provide different types of storage depending on the customer's requirement. We have partnered with open yard and closed yard warehouse providers, special cargo specialists, general cargo, dangerous goods, document storage and special storage providers.

Depending on customers' requirements, operational ease, and cost, we have multiple locations in the UAE. We currently provide storage in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. We will launch our services in other emirates in the near future. Alternatively, you can also let us know if there is any particular location you want and what kind of storage you are looking for.

Yes, you can get shared storage space. This is one of the key services that we provide, allowing multiple customers to share a large warehouse in a safe and secure manner. Our auditing team does the inspection before we add a warehouse to our network. We check the safety, fire and other government related documents before we partner with a warehouse.
Operations

Yes, we can provide handling services for your goods. Either it can be volume-based that is charged per CBM, or it can be hourly based, depending on the commodity, or, the goods and labor charges can be based on labor per day. You will have to inform us 24 hours before if you need any handling service.

Yes, we provide both forklifts and cranes. It depends on location and also on the warehouse. Some of our premium partners have forklifts inside the warehouse itself which you can hire on an hourly basis. The prices vary from 100 to 500 AED per hour, depending on the location and forklift capacity in terms of tonnage.

We can provide offloading and loading services, packing and inventory management.

Yes, we provide both forklifts and cranes. It depends on location and also on the warehouse. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not provide transportation from one point to another. However, we work with transportation partners who can arrange this for you, but you will directly deal with them. We will provide the contact details of those providers and we leave it up to both of you to directly deal, and make the arrangements.

Yes, in some cases we can rent out the entire warehouse. It depends on the activities that you want to do inside the warehouse. We usually recommend and advise our customers to start with a three months or six months contract instead of a yearly agreement. We can provide the warehouse exclusively for you for 3 to 6 months and if you would like to continue, we can continue the contract with the same terms for the next six months. This is the key benefit of partnering with us for your warehousing needs.

We usually require 30 days’ notice to terminate the storage, but for some cases, we can accommodate 15 days’ notice as well. You can agree to the notice period and other terms when you sign the contract.

The usual access timing is from 8 AM to 6 PM. However, in special cases we can allow access to the warehouse anytime in 24 hours with prior notice. We request you to let us know at least one day in advance.

At the moment we are not providing inventory management along with warehouse or storage space. This product is under development, and we hope to roll out within two months. As soon as we launch the service, we will let you know so that you can start making use of the software.

Yes, we have this facility in select warehouses. You would however be required to take a minimum space of at least 100 SQ FT. It would be like a kid room facility where you can put your small desk and a couple of chairs and work there for preparing orders, managing inventories and such activities. However, you cannot use that address or space as an office address or for any other purposes. It is not legal for you to use this location or address to put it in your car listing or any other places. This space is provided exclusively for managing your storage and related activities.

We do not provide direct 3PL services. However, some of our partner warehouses do provide retail services. We would require more details to propose a solution based on your requirements.
